Does Quest accept my insurance?

Quest accepts all insurance. We are a designated repair shop for several insurance companies, but if we are not on your carrier’s list, we will work directly with them to ensure that your out of pocket is no greater than it would be at any other shop.

Do I need an appointment for an estimate?

While we recommend an appointment for an estimate, feel free to stop by during business hours at your convenience and we will gladly prepare an estimate for you.

Does Quest offer a warranty on their work?

Quest Collision Center provides a limited lifetime warranty. As long as you own your car we will correct all defective or faulty repair work attributable to our services stated on the repair invoice.

My car is disabled. How can I get it to you?

Give us a call and we will be happy to set up a tow to get your vehicle to our shop.

I don’t have a ride to get home. Can you help?

Yes. Quest offers a pick-up and delivery service. We can also schedule a rental car to be picked up and returned to our shop to save you time.
